My uncle is using this TCL Split air conditioner for last 2 year.when I asked to him about this product.he said that I purcheased this product of rs 20000 but it not works well.it takes more time to cool my room.when I starts the a.c it will creat noises.i get disturbed with this a.c. this product’s company said that this a.c has 5 star rating who consumes low electricity . But it consumes more electricity to run. When I call to the customer service.their service is worst he always take more time to complete their service.sometimes he not receives the call. Really their service is worst.My uncle is unhappy with that product.
