We(Astegic) have purchased 15 vrf’s worth rs 50lacs before Covid, During the lockdown, our compressors were out of service and we kept following the service center and they keep denying fixing it during the lockdown and now they are saying you are out of warranty so you have to pay for the part and repair costing, Product quality totally Disgusting!
