I bought 3 Koryo Split Air Conditioners several months ago for my new home and in spite of many many follow ups and calls to Future Retail I am still unable to use the AC installed in my bedroom. The company customer service is unconcerned everytime I call their Customer Service personnel in Mumbai - a Mr Joshi he says that the exhaust pipe has been ordered and is yet to come as they don’t have any stock in Mumbai. It’s been over 4 months since I have moved to my new apartment and I am yet unable to use the AC.
I would discourage everybody from buying Koryo ACs.
