I recently visited Ramoji Film City’s Star Experience package, but it was a letdown. Despite informing them about my special needs son, we faced issues with food and hydration. The heat was unbearable, and water wasn’t provided adequately. The package promised luxury, but amenities were lackingno morning snacks, limited food options, and no bus service for seniors after lunch. Overpriced and underdelivered. Disappointing experience; won’t recommend the Star package.
