I feel completely cheated by Samsung. They advertise 20 years warranty on washing machine motor but the reality is, it’s a marketing trick to fool customers.
My Samsung washing machine suddenly stopped I raised a complaint, and the engineer visited . Instead of properly checking, he casually said, maybe motor or PCB(main circuit board) is faulty. He told me the motor is under warranty, but to replace it, I also need to compulsorily change the PCB, which will cost me around ₹;9, 000.
So what kind of fake warranty is this? Samsung is clearly running a scam giving free motor warranty, but making customers pay huge money for PCB even if it’s not faulty. They are forcing customers to spend money unnecessarily.
