Highly Disappointed with the Sunflame After Sales

Very very Highly disappointed with the after sales service of Sunflame. The new gas stove had issues in burner hence had lodged a complaint on 981099770 on 19th Feb, 2025. The technician did not visit but the irony is I have received feedback calls for the same to rate the service rendered by technician. I tried to connect with area head Mr.Anshu Kumar 801088xxxx and also the service centre person no: 827375xxxx but both of them have also not been successful in arranging a technician visit. If anyone is planning to buy this product as per the brand please reconsider the decision and go for other options available. Never expected a company like Sunflame would not have an infrastructure to cater to the customer complaints.
