Very poor customer service

I bought a stove 2 months back, post delivering we faced issue with stove and raised a complaint . Technician tried to rectified the problem, but not done.

They have taken the stove for repairing 2 weeks before, but still they are not repaired and not replacing whereas they are asking the Happycode without solving the problem, eventhough they give the stove after repair, I don’t have to feel that it is a new one.
