I bought Bosch washing machine during diwali in 2019... after doing a lot of research i was to finalize between IFB, Bosch n LG. Few people wrote since IFB has less service centre in India one should prefer the other 2 brands. I choose Bosch n now i regret it, till a year i got no complaints but this year in Feb the machine suddenly stopped working n i had to do a follow up from the company for more thn 15 days to get it fixed. They service engineer came to examine it n said the Main panel needs replacement, i was shocked to hear it as my machine was only a year n half old. He said sometimes it happens n it happened to me... freaked i was!!. After multiple follow ups n mails they took the pain to replace the panel and didi something with the door lock, Some how it started to work again but the door lock had issues, it doesn’t close at once, one needs to keep pressing it unless you hear the click sound or the water starts to run. Now, again for this i had to call the service centre and after various procedures the guy came to check it and explained me since we have replaced the panel the technology of machine has changed it will now take few minutes to start after pressing ON.. i was wondering if it actually works like that... n yes.. it doesn’t work like that, the door lock has a problem and needs a replacement, now for this i am following up since April but what i get is a call back n assurance of replacement but no action till date. All this was an issue troubling us since almost 5 mths and is still unaddressed now there is something new with the machine while drying (spin) the machine starts to move from its place.. dunno where it wants to go!!!!??. I regret my decision of buying a new brand i should have bought LG which is tried n tested by my family my Mom n Sis is using it for more than a decade now n no major complaint.
Hope after reading this review people will have an idea of WHAT NOT TO BUY... i have kept my review very honest... pls do not go for this Bosch washing machine atleast... cant say abt other products... but i lost my trust in Bosch forever
