We went into the store today to be told that our card was blocked...sent from one counter which didnt know anything to another where again people knew nothing...40 mins of our time wasted to discover that there was no issue on our side, and that their system had blocked it in error. Asked for the CRM (customer relationship manager) who just kept saying it was the HQ which blocked the card and then got into a fight with us...unfit for the role as he doesnt in understand the A of customer service...horrible place with horrible people... Gosh!
