Sumit......are you working for Brigade? Or you have put in your hard earned money in buying one? In either case best of luck...yes I had two apartments there and now I have sold them off...so it doesnot effect me at all.

Car is a big flop.......thank you Mr. Ratan Tata for making such a low quality product that even chinese are embarassed. Indian people may be cost concious but will not take a poor quality stuff.

I have a Nano. It gives me a average of 10-11 with A/c. Looks like Mr. Ratan Tata has made a car for bullock cart owners...otherwise who would not use a A/c in Delhi summers.......its spare part are hard to get. It is still work-in-progress and not a true car. Avoid is you can.

After all the trouble in getting allotment letter....now the Jaypee has found a new way to harrass its clients by asking unreasonable payments as tax..even though I have paid advance money for installments not called for. Even you buy now or you have bought some one and the half year back. Jaypee standard delivery date remain the same...36 months from allotment letter received by you. Brigade has been very unprofessional with both Gateway and Metropolis. Gateway people are more hurt as they paid double for the trouble than Metropolis people did. Both project suck. Best wishes from one if the Brigade unfortunate investor

Looks like, you are at loss of word due to sheer frustration of investing in Brigade Gateway. Good news is that Brigade has provided you with a lake to jump out of your sheer helplessness. But we at Brigade Metropolis will have nothing. So pity us too.

Same story repeats itself in Brigade Metropolis. We are in the same boat. In Gateway, the houses are squeezed in the corner and the space for Mall, hospital, school, lake is given as if the residential flat owners are of no important.
