Very ture. Lousiest customer care with no care for answering the questions. I am trying from last 10 days to get an order completed which they have goofed up from their side. Pathetic cust care to say the least.

Hi, As a follow-up I got mail from FnY asking to resend the products. Have done the same and waiting for the response from them. Lets see!
Hi Thanks for your comment. When I said the product expired, it seems to have expired a long time back not recently. Its not easy to write off amounts, its because of our inability to go for shopping that we move on to online shopping and if I can go and send courier etc I could have very well bough read more...
