Dear BCIL spokesperson, Thanks for commenting here. 1) However, the amenities that are delivered here are nowhere close to what was promised earlier. One more point is, you have rated the product so low, your ordeal has nothing to do with the product itself. It is the screwed up car dealer and this may be put in a separate section.
