I would definitely like people to come and inspect Gera Emerald City, Baner before passing any judgement on their so called 'Good Quality' construction practices. Wrong slopes in common areas in each floor has had to be corrected by making drains so that water collected in front of lifts does not read more...
The ordeal continues in 2015. Some of the work has been done with lot of patient follow-up by residents of Gera's Emerald City, Baner.
