I've tata number from 7 years, in which there was scheme for free for Tata to Tata calls. Must have talked for hundreds of hours on that by now. Many people who came in the same plan along with me changed their plan by mistake and repenting. I am sure in your case it is local service provider who m read more...

They took 1550 from for the same FK3M Plan. I don't know why they have different cost pattern for the same plan

They have charged me Rs. 845 for not maintaining balance of Rs.5000 for a quarter. I had 1800 in balance. Isn't this ridiculous, when you give the interest on saving account it is less than 4%. and when you charge for not maintaining balance it is more than 60%.

I think that was holding cards for wildlife folder. Even after returning the cards (it took more than Rs. 50 to return these) and calling them again and again they kept on sending the bill of this amount for months.
