All one would like to have is 'Service with a Smile and an Attitude to Serve'. I agree that running a restaurant is a heck of a challenge, else every 'Aaira Gaira Nathu' would be running one. Well, multiple reasons: - the dates were getting filled up soon, - we were out of town during the initial discussions. - they were nice till we gave the deposit.
