RBI should make a rule, once the card is issued with some conditions mentioned they should not change it for ever. But Citi bank said it is 5 to 15% cash back offer only right? Normally cash back means they will credit the amount to our credit card itself. I have done it last year, but not in indiaplaza offer. The 100% cashback offer is from IndiaPlaza itself which is the bullshit where you need to buy 5 t read more...
