its not true. I am a proud and happy owner of punto and linea, and so are couple of my friends. The cars are sturdy, have road presence and they are a delight to drive.

True , i too used infibeam for buying books and touch wood no problems whatsoever so far even on cash on delivery.May be its better to buy books only and not venture out in other goods

i am facing same problem , the customer care si hopeless, i did some four to five orders but every time its the same delivery problem , they promise 3 days but eventually its almost invariably is 2-3 weeks

totally agree with you , this is my fifth car , but really love driving it anytime, pretty comfortable n powerful, though ground clearance is troublesome
