Work has finished today. The new contractor did his best to give us what we expected. However, he is helpless because of the poor material quality, misleading advertisements, and poor training that has been given to their people. I have no complains against the new contractor and the RA. I am happy read more...

I fully agree with you. I also had an extremely bad experience. Paid hefty amount for the work that could have been done much cheaper by regular contractors. Asian paint products are bad, the training they provide to the painters is bad, their policies, promotions, advertisements all are bad and mis read more...

Unit Head visited today (5 July) and has appointed new RA and contractor. Work will resume on Monday. Hope the work now will be of high standards and will go on smoothly.

Today (4th July) I realised that I did not get any receipt for the payment that I made. When I asked the RA, today he gave me the receipt for the payment that I made on 27th June. This is their process. They only know how to collect the money not how to deliver good service.

I asked the painter how the machine dispensed the colours when there was no electricity but he could not get the paint mixed in the shop as there was no electricity. I am told that the paint dispensing machine is separate and runs on UPS but the mixing machine is not on power back up. Is it true? Al read more...

The CSO promised that a new RA will come in morning. No one has come till noon. The work is getting messy with no covering of fixtures in the bathroom. I have asked the work to be stopped with immediate effect.

I saw this on Bosch site today: 'You’ll love it as much as we do. If you don’t, return our dishwasher within a month and we’d love to give your money back'. So, no harm in trying the maching and returning it if you are not happy. I would like to return if they give this offer to me.

Baransam, The machine is working so-so. It seems to have smaller capacity than what we expected. This claim 'Be it your oily kadhai or stubborn masala stains, our dishwashers are engineered to wash, rinse and dry your utensils to perfections.' is a complete lie. Reliance Digital people have offered to do the complete installation for me. No news from Bosch. Why should we buy devices from such a company which does not hear the consumer feedback and does not make equipment more friendly to Indian conditions?

I should have read this review before buying Bosch dishwasher. The installation person in Hyderabad is super arrogant and says that he will not touch the plumbing in the house! I have a proper 'T' with dummy in the pipeline as a provision for connecting a dishwasher in the utility and this guy wante read more...
