After I called them many times they finally have informed me that connection cannot be given as the connection box is full and they have sent my money back, while I am eagerly waiting for a new connection !! Only thing we can do from our side to discourage theatres like Udayam is stop getting tickets in black. Selling tickets in black is a crime and so is buying tickets in black. Spend the same amount in theatres like Satyam and enjoy the entire time you stay there.
