Thanks JKDaniel for your comment. I never wait for the low fuel indication lamp to glow. I visit the pump whenever the last point starts blinking rapidly...

Same thing happened to me too.Last time when i filled 10 ltrs of petrol,after a run of nearly 25 kms,the indicator showed 1 pt. from 2 pts.
ya...As the fuel indication is digital,we cant get the precise measurement of fuel in the car...
