Yes brother i surely but i have mailed and even tried to get disconnection but these guys are such fools they just ignore and say sir we taking complaint and your issue will be resolved as it never does get resolved. i have registered a complaint with consumer helpline regarding this.
Its been 5 days ! Here i received a response from tikona now u can watch urself my issue hasn't resolved yet and no update on the same and on 7th March they will ask for Bill payment. Today all day, it was unidentified network error, and now it works i try to take speedtest the speed tht slow it doesn't even start. these guys arre 'besharam' if they cant give services disconnect my services and do the full & final but no response.
