HI Ankit I am also a victim, same date, same product, same amount. I have filled a dispute with Bank and they have provided an interim credit to me saying that it will be settled in 91 days.

Hi Ramesh, let me know the procedure of how you filled the dispute with ICICI Bank. When I called the helpline they were unable to help me :(

Let me know the procedure for going to consumer court. Same has happened with me as well. I am sure many more are there who are cheated by timtara.com. How can we all come together and force this fraud company to close down and initiate some legal action.
