Your analogy of the Airlines being a mother is interesting. But what happens if the mother metes out step-motherly treatment to some Centres, which are not in the Trunk Routes? I guess one wouldnt have any choice other than taking a foster mother, if available!!!

I thought this was a review on the book. And what do we find here? Venting off the spleen on an organisation whose main sin seems to be that the book has been authored by the spouse of its founder chairman! Thanks for your comment. I see the point in what you are saying. I realise that the forum is for the programme as a whole. But the particular episode set me thinking. Within MS, is there any other appropriate forum where I could have ventillated my views?

While the Review gives some idea about the Department, I am afraid it does not give enough information about the role of this Department and how it actually works.
