Not true! One off Case.Hold the irresponsible person- responsible who brought u in the system and not the company ! There is a product exchange policy if the found defective within a Year. I am using 3 of their Cookers and they are just too good. Hushang

Absouletely Incorrect. he is promoting his new co and therefore bad mouthing an 8 yr old Co which is right on track. Time alone will tell. I could disprove and shred all his theories but that will pop up another Jack.
