And I am reading your response to other posts who have complaints. It looks like a standard response provided by you to all these complaints. Shame on you for having such a lousy poor service!
By the way why dont you guys have a basic courtesy to call back the customer and inform what the status is? I've already called you 6-7 times till now. Every time I call the customer service number, I get a standard response 'we are taking your complaint with highest priority. I will forward your me read more...
One Mr. Mahesh from your customer rep team told me this afternoon he takes full responsibility for this and promised he will send a technician by today.
