if bsnl tower is there then go for BSNL EVDO... unlimited plan.. IT IS THE BEST!!!

Dont buy MTS.You never get the speed more than 100 kbps.who ever getting good speed they are very very few and they are luckiest.

Also check if there is a data throttling with torrents after the first 20GB. I was surprised/Disappointed with this.

Their plans are lucerative (Rs 999 /40 GB unlimited) but trust me,you would not be able to use even 10 GB out of it as max speed is 0.5 MBPS
