I agree with you. I have been a DishTV customer for more than a year now and have faced exactly the same problems as you. I am really fed up. Forgot to add in my earlier comment that the website of DishTV is equally pathetic. I tried making the renewal payments online a couple of times and at all times it has failed.
It seems like you are a Dish TV agent!! Dish TV has the worst customer service. First thing, it is very difficult to get through a customer service agent. Initially you will find the pouch very tight. However once you start using it you will notice that the phone fits in just right without any slackness.

#1. Auto lock feature can be disabled. Infact I did not know that this feature existed in 6600 :o) #2. Full phone backup feature does work but the first backup takes a lot of time. #3. Sound quality is clear and loud altho the ring tone quality is bad.

I go with ashish2k. You have not mentioned anything abt the price, duration of usage, after sales service etc. Seems like u work for Samsung :)
