Yes, They promptly responded with a senior service engineer who visited the site and he took some sample water and responded over phone that the softner is working well. I do see a white layer of hard water in the overhead tank. At present it's working to some extent but not to full satisfaction, read more...
Prakash, I am fine with your comments about the process followed in your company for post sales process but don't make false statements like you tried reaching me over mail and there are no records in your system of me.
