Was there any one out of phase 1 buyers was able to resell Chennai Pattinam. Answer is NO.
Government guideline rate is only 500 per Sqft for the land in ammapet. Ammapet is where Ceedeeyes Chennai Pattinam is planned. Ceedeyes planned to complete both Phase 1 and Phase 2 in twitter years.
