i too used togive my bike for servicing at jatti motors and have had such an experience with them. my pulsar was from those batches which had the gearbox problem for which the service center had to replace teh clutch plates under warranty, if they found a problem. Okay.... your details were fair and square...except that the rear wheelbase of a Karizma if I'm not mistaken is 1355mm.. and that of the CBZ is 1335mm.
