Dear Kitty, Yes as you said all manufacturers are upgarding to euro4 by April 2010. However the change in engine is expected to be minimal (as per experts) and that there is no change in CC or BHp expected as a result of this change. Great review buddy....Me too had a premier padmini owned by my dad. I feel sad that we sold it 5 years back and now owns an Alto. Its always better to go for petrol option if you have less than 750 km a moth. or else it would take ages to get back your money

the review does not justify the reason for his bad commends. Please try to make explain the real issues. Also it seems that that Mr. Rai is having more issues with the dealer than the car..!
