Hey Anand, you are right when you say that plugging the player into USB for charging is not a practical option (in all situations). Sunil, I have switched to Airtel now. In my opinion, filing a case won't really help. This is India and customer is yet to be the king here! I don't think an ISP giant like SIFY would get perturbed by a court case. Bad publicity is the only thing that can affect them - hence the review on Mouthshut. read more...
