sandipan, the way they have refunded my money, i have nothing really against them. if you want to go ahead, you can but there are better plans by better companies, there is no point going for this
The main office intervened and found my cancellation application. And they promptly sent me the cheque. I am very much satisfied now. Best of luck to them
