We appreciate your concern and have reviewed the Booking IDs – NF2ADEFV32922673764 & NF2ADEFF21096528302. We found that the policy you chose includes the waiver of both airline and MMT penalties under ZC Services. However, the convenience fee charged at the time of booking cannot be refunded.
