I got a call from Byjus on Sunday and was told they will cancel my subscription and refund my money and I will get a call from the accounts department who handle refunds- It has been 3 days already - No one called me.

24th Passed by like any other day and no one from Greendust show up for reverse pickup of their defective product. I called them up on 25th.
