Then there is a postpaid plan at Rs 799. The plan offers 150GB data, unlimited voice and SMS, 200GB data rollover, 2 additional SIM cards with Family Plan. Now these are the calling and internet benefits, the plan also provides free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime as well as Disney+ Hotstar.
This postpaid plan by Jio is a mid-range plan and gives 150 Gb total data after which it is reduced to Rs 10 per GB. rollover benefit of 200GB, with two additional SIM cards for family members. It also gives 100SMS per day with unlimited voice calls.

Topup Balance can’t be used directly to make calls, but you can make your recharges using the money in your topup balance. So use it to recharge your mobile using the Topup and you can make calls.
you contact customer care for resolution. you can call any other operator free of charge. This recharge plan from Jio gives 1.5GB daily data with unlimited calls and 100 SMS per day with a complimentary subscription to Jio apps for 56 days. ... The plan also gives 100 SMS per day.

jio change the recharge plan. now if u want to unlimited calling so recharge 1) 222 benefit :- per day 2GB data 1,000 minute calling validity 28 days .. next recharge 2) 333 benefit :- per day 2 GB data 1,000 minutes calling validity 56 days 3rd 3) 444 benefit :- per day 2 GB data 1.000 minutes calling validity 84 days.

Using MyJio app: Sign In to MyJio app Tap on ’’Settings icon’’ from the Menu option. Here you can update your personal details Using Jio.com: Login with OTP and click on the profile icon Go to the Profile Settings and change the details you want to update
If you encounter any of the issues listed below then you might have a SIM card that is not working properly. It is not repair. you can not fix this problem. Reactivating the Jio SIM or replacement of lost. Contact the SIM card’’s service provider and check if the lost card is turned off and no unexpected usage occurs.

With Jio you can only update your phone software only if there is any software is available or provided by phone manufacture company. If your phone is not VoLTE Jio cant Upgrade it byitself.

blue or orange are the same. Getting an orange card might be tougher but the documents needed for that card are relatively simple. Unlike the blue card where you need all your id cards including photo id, address proof, passport size photo copy
both are same sim only difference is that one is activating with e-kyc (aadhar based) sim is active within 30 minuts and red one is non e-kyc it is like offline work your form will reach to branch office than it will active.

their is not any big difference b/w them only two difference is this that blue sim can verified by kyc an can activated in 5 minutes but orange sims are activated in 3to8 days and second difference is this that blue sim’s no. comes after activation but in orange sim no. is given before activation

No you can’’t, as models below iPhone 6 doesn’’t have VoLTE support. But you can use 4G internet in iPhone 5 and 5s, no voice support.

no u can buy a jiofi 2 device to overcome this problem and one thing to remember is jio sim connects to only one 4g mobile at time to make video/voice call where u can connect and use hot spot to maximum 8 devices
