Instead of selling FUP/NO FUP plans, they should rather promote their plans as Visible/Invisible FUP plans! lol.

l had this weird problem while being its customer. they wouldn't recognize my MDN No. when l'd go to register a complaint with their Cust. Care. but they'd gladly accept it when l'd make online payments to them! these criminals are robbing us of our money openly & shamelessly!

The thing is, they utilize poor quality BSNL towers in many places. this is the reason why we often hear clients complaining about slow, fluctuating speed.
