One thing is for sure, the quality of citibank service has degraded a lot !!! .. and asking for 4 months to resolve a problem ... how can the bank even have the guts to propose this ... totally unacceptable. I am a citibank customer for more than 6 years. I completely agree with the views in the above article. Citibanks service has degraded over the years.
