Today i have submitted the device to hyderabad himayat nagar branch. They said that they dont have any details why legal notice raised against me, they can only collect the device and close the account. Finally i did the same. I am not sure,they may come back after few years with legal notice and wi read more...
If any one from Hathway company see my post, think you should check your process, these issuses are very simple , and will be resolved with single phone call. But you wont do.
