@asif, I tell you, these Sona & Vora are FNY employees and trying to protect their company. When I was commenting on FNY facebook page they kept deleting my comments from their fb page and I told them that they can delete it from fb but they cannot from other sites and I told them to google and see read more...

Yah even I am pissed off with Fashion and you, I tried to unsubscribe from their sms alert service but no luck, I still get daily sms from FnY.
@FnY your support person just called me and I cannot believe how a company can operate without having no records, database and processes. Guys...after my tons of facebook comments, fny has joined mouthshut.com and they are claiming that they will refund my money!! Even though they refund my money now they cannot stop me in spreading awareness on their fraud and fake company and policies...

I can truly understand your frustration as the same happened with me. I ordered total 11 items from their 26-Jan big sale day.
