Nice to see at least one satisfied customer. You will understand why 100% customers hate Volkswagen service. So many people cannot be obviously wrong. Maruti is number one in customer service. Yesterday on 17.12.2014, my fridge was 9 years, 3 months, 10 days, 18 hours old. I had maintained it very nicely. No scratch, no dent, always shining with wax polish. Polo's good things great quality, better engine, good high speed stability, you'll love to drive. Bad things...worst service and arrogant service men. Thanks.
I wouldn't give you a wrong advice. I own polo diesel for more than a year now. If your heart says polo buy it. But expect a very bad service from them. All brands have one or the other issues. i20 would be nice to consider. However I'm not sure about its high speed handling. New Micra would be a go read more...
I had contacted VW. I got an apology. I do not care to go there anymore. I'll try some other service center. My car, once my pride, has turned out to be a nightmare with its best in class handling at its worst. :-(

I have not got any service till date. I did not call them again. Ironically, Voltas guranteed 3 free of cost service in the first year. Today, it is 30th May 2011. But yes, I feel that cooling is quite good, better than Samsung, LG, whirlpool, for Voltas is in air-conditioning for a long time. I’ve read more...

People are complaining of poor brakes in K10. My alto Lx is more than 3.5 years old and has done 50000 kms. In the old alto, mileage, brakes and AC are really good.
