Boss there is a process to restructure loan interest. No bank gives benefit to existing customer. My Home loan rate was 10.75 and I have fill application form after this they have restructure home loan to 9.75. To restructure bank have fees for .1% of remaining outstanding and services tax.

I disagree with you on this. I felt IDBI is only public sector bank that cares customer. I know they are less in number but their attitude like Private bank. IT is already written on the ticket that you have to carry Birth Certificate / document for the infants. then what is big deal. You cannot blame for your mistake to Airline.
