As per current rules and new policies, unemployed for one month he/she can withdraw 75% of his/her EPF corpus. The balance 25% can be withdrawn if the member remains unemployed for more than two months.

My father and mother both are deceased till 2015 and we all brothers and sister are above than 30 years and in service. How can we close the pension of epf. We have informed to PNB bank of Dhanbad but the money from pension account is continuously come to my mother sb account. Bank says that after closing epf pension account, bank account will close.
