The salesperson from DS MAX will likely make some false promises when you’re booking a flat.
You’ll need to pay a flat patni amount of 45k, which is for Satish’s birthday celebration using your funds.
They’ll ask for 30k for the interior while booking flat and later force you their own interior( Krish V), which is quite expensive compared to market prices.
There will be extra charges during registration, including 3 years of maintenance fees, a 100k Kaveri water connection fee, 40k for khata transfer, 45k for registration costs, and 10k for a gas connection.
Any changes you want will be charged at a very high rate.
You’ll have to beg for the flat’s possession, with delays of nearly a year.
