whats the point of taking investors money and fighting against the police who are investigating the case? CGIA is simply another masood association trying to stop police from investigating this case and burying it in the ground. They also take your hard earned money to stop from getting justice.

Nothing is going to come out of the PIL. The company simply does not have enough assets to repay. Mumbai outstanding alone is Rs.500 crores. by the way the new petition hearing is on Dec 8th and not Dec 12th. The petition is 1290 and 1291 in Mumbai High Court.

The company is just buying time. Masood has hired the perfect fraud advocated like Virendra Maurya. Its high time we all mumbaikars take care of Maurya so we see some ray of hope. He told some investors that Masood has paid 20 CR to EOW. All meetings are a time delay tactic by Masood and Maurya.

This news is false. Masood has not applied for transit bail but an application for modification of Dec 3rd order, where he needs protection from out of state police.
