I did not complain to Ombudsman; I just threatened to do so. Thereafter there was some response from ING side. But I would have done that had there been no response from them.
forgot to mention that you need to wait till one month since you lodge the formal complaint with bank
You threaten them that you would go to Ombudsman if they don't respond.
