No, they did not charge me any money. They have tie-ups with banks (they got me loan through ICICI). They got me good insurance deal (through Bajaj, again they have tie up in place). So, probably they make money from these service providers e.g. banks, insurance companies, dealers etc. I am happy as read more...

Manu, top mount gear is definitely a personal choice. Space; yes, it's spacious than Swift but it is no where close to Palio, the other option I had. I rated it based upon my preferences.
