No, they did not charge me any money. They have tie-ups with banks (they got me loan through ICICI). They got me good insurance deal (through Bajaj, again they have tie up in place). Manu, top mount gear is definitely a personal choice. Space; yes, it's spacious than Swift but it is no where close to Palio, the other option I had. I rated it based upon my preferences.
