Its been a very bad experience with sun direct. Everyone should stop using sun direct. They should know that with such customer care they can't survive in this world. Let them realize the value of customers.

I have decided to shift to the local cable network, where we can have a point to point contact for any issues. Also we will be getting all the channels without any need for additional subscription.

I agree with kumar_india completely, Sun direct customer care is senseless. Customer care guys are just doing a time-pass there. They never care for customers.
