Constitutional rights of 3rd vs single girl child!

Dear Sir

NCERT website says:-

’’Every girl child gets educated for self-reliance and is empowered to handle her self and surroundings, feelings and relationships without being intimidated.”

Government of India

Ministry of Human Resource Development

Department of Women & Child Development website says at ’’https://india.gov.in/outerwin.htm?id=https://education.nic.in/:’’

’’To remove the gender bias and to improve the status of the girl child in society so as to provide her with equal opportunities for her survival and development to her full potential.’’

Respected Sir,

I am the 3rd girl child of my parent and we are only three sisters no brother.

I do not know why my parents did not throw me or my sisters in the garbage just after   birth as it is being common in different states of India.

I knew that my economically weak parents gave me several facilities of study and other related means of development despite several odds as if I would be their helping hands of old days, probably it is not usual for a girl in Indian scenario. For the sake of unequal male female ratio the parents must be rewarded rather, for more girls child.

I have seen that very prominently Govt, Media and CBSE sites( CBSE circular No. CBSE/AFF/2005 Dated 15.10.2005) are displaying the facilities provided for 1st girl child.

Is this rule made to abort all the 2nd onward girl child after detection in the mother’s womb?

It is definite fact that all first children whether it is a boy or girl find maximum attention. At least 2nd 3rd or 4th male children are always welcome in our society. But poor 2nd, 3rd or 4th girl child are deprived of all facilities gets more and more humiliation and finally CBSE and Govt has joined the hands to humiliate further.

Viewing the status of problems of girl child viz dowry & social unsecurity, it is my opinion that all the girls’ child must be treated with equal eye rather 2nd onward girls child must be facilitated more than first one.

Requested Sir, I request you to interfere in this extremely unlawful, unconstitutional rulings which is hurting all the 2nd onwards girls’ child, India is not made only of 1st girl child.

Respected Sir, How the constitutional rights differ from 1st girl child to 4th girl child ??

Please see and amend the rule.
