Total Quality Management

Total Quality Management is an important factor of standardised organisations. In Vaidyaratnam company it is in words only. In a standardised organisation material requisition formulae of a particular product is not changed with changing managers. But in Vaidyaratnam company it is changed with changing managers. But their publicity is that their products have superior qualities actually they have average qualities only. In this company is appointing QA physicians for each unit for advising the improvements of quality of their products. But they were not advised to others for improving their quality of products but they were actually criticising others and reducing the coordination among them. In QC department their main objectives are increasing the number of errors and problems and the QA physicians are actually their promoters.


In a good company they were comparing the actuals with standard but in this company they were said that most of them are errors and faults and they can not said any remedial measures. In short they were not give any standards.
